Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Novapix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Creator obligations

You are responsible for all content you submit. You must own or have the right to use all elements of your film, including audio. AI-generated content is permitted; deepfakes of real named individuals are prohibited.

3. Prohibited content

We prohibit: realistic deepfakes of living public figures without consent; explicit sexual content; harassment of private individuals; glorification of real-world terrorism; content infringing copyright. See our Content Guidelines for details.

4. Payments

Tips are processed by Stripe. Novapix retains 15% of each tip as a platform fee. Creator earnings are disbursed per Stripe Connect terms. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted.

5. Takedowns (DSA notice-and-action)

To report content, use the Flag button on any film. We aim to respond within 24 hours for automated review and 72 hours for human review. For urgent requests, email legal@novapix.film.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts.
